My name is Marco van Belleghem and I was born on a farm in the province of Zeeland, in the south west of the Netherlands. I have lived in Australia and England and since 2012 in Belgium, close to my roots. For more than 20 years I have worked in the cruise industry, starting straight out of college as a management trainee and working my way up to my current position of Hotel Director. With my work I have had great opportunities for photography, while visiting beautiful places around the world. A couple of years ago I started to experiment with long exposure photography on the coast in the Netherlands and creating these images has become pure joy during my time on land.
